In Greater Cincinnati and across the USA, AAF champions our industry like nobody else. We bring industry leaders to Cincinnati to share best practices. In the past few months, that’s included CEO John Osborn, BBDO-NY; generational guru Chuck Underwood; Advertising Hall of Famer David Bell, and FTC standout Lesley Fair. Plus, you get instant access to AAF national seminars and thought leadership events, chats, blogs, panels and more.

AAF Cincinnati is fending off modern snake oil salesmen as we work with the Cincinnati BBB and participate in national programs such as the Advertising Self-Regulatory Council and the Institute for Advertising Ethics.

Through the AAF Mosaic Council, AAF Cincinnati applies industry clout to local issues. The industry’s preeminent think tank on diversity and inclusion works with us as we fight to improve the odds for industry success among women, persons of color and the LGBT community. Through AAF-C, you will team up with industry change-makers the likes of Wendy Clark, Susan Credle, Tiffany Warren, and Cindy Gallop. And with us, you’ll celebrate inclusivity wins locally, regionally and across the nation.

We’ll help you stand up to unfair regulations or taxes on advertising at every level of government. We can introduce you to the key issues from privacy to prescription drugs, from labeling to data mining. And we’ll give you the support you need to influence the future of our industry at City Hall, at your State House and in Washington, DC.

Spotlighting our Members and their achievements

CincinnADDYs winners take the stage locally in February, then move up to regional and national attention! At AAF Admerica 2017 in New Orleans, Cincinnati State student Dallas Ford accepted national ADDY Gold. More Cincinnati Gold went to Landor Cincinnati for their Inject Hope posters. Plus, Madtree Brewing, a first-time ADDY entrant, won national ADDY Silver.

AAF Cincinnati’s volunteer Directors and Committee Chairs get local kudos for their good work – and a chance for Club Achievement Award recognition at the national Admerica conference every summer.

Member workplaces enter the limelight when a member’s company provides the venue and speaker for AAF Cincinnati 20 Minutes + A Beer!

Members rub elbows with our industry’s biggest local names at the annual Silver Medal Award luncheon honoring local legends – most recently, Dave Siegel, Rick Segal, Michel Keidel, Billy Price. And at the national level, AAF salutes inductees in the AAF Advertising Hall of Fame and Hall of Achievement. 

Giving back to the community and the industry we love

Giving back is as easy as raising your hand to help our community through volunteer public service projects such as the great work our Ad 2 young professionals division did for Elementz Hip Hop Youth Arts Center in Cincinnati’s urban core. Or you can help raise funds for our 501(c)(3) Scholarship fund, benefiting students at local two and four year colleges. Perhaps you prefer to support our annual Career Day as a panelist, or reviewing resumes or portfolios
