Refund Policy

Reservations are required for all AAF Cincinnati programs, unless otherwise stated. AAF Cincinnati/Ad2 Members may pay in advance or (with phone/email reservations) at the door.  Non-members must pay in advance. Cancellations will be honored with a credit card refund (to the same card used for pre-payment) or a check (for refund of check/cash payment) as long as the cancellation is made before the originally published RSVP deadline date. No-shows will be billed for their reservations.  (Last minute "substitutes" will be permitted, but attendee must know for whom they are substituting.)
