2019-2020 Corporate Memberships 

It is an exciting time for AdClub/AAF Cincinnati and an exciting time to be a corporate member. The AdClub board is dedicated to providing all members with valuable opportunities to engage, learn, socialize and be part of our growing advertising and marketing community. The AdClub has recently established new levels of membership to address the needs of its corporate members. 

As a Corporate Member, the company would choose the allowed number of employees to be FULL members of BOTH AdClub/AAF-Cincinnati and the American Advertising Federation (AAF), our national trade association. In addition, all full-time employees of the Member Corporation will be able to attend any AdClub event for the member price and be able to bring Guests (clients, suppliers, peers) to events at the Member rate. All Corporate Members will be recognized on the website and at the meetings through the digital announcements. Additional benefits for specific tier-levels are noted below. 

Bronze Membership: $500/Year 

  • Suggested for companies with 10 or fewer employees*. 
  • Allows for 5 full corporate members to AAF Cincinnati and American Advertising Federation. 
  • Reduced pricing for registered members at all AdClub events (vs non-members) 
  • Allows for all employees of the company and their guests to attend programs and events at the MEMBER rate. 
  • Up to 5 FREE Job Postings on the AdClub website ($75 each for non-members). 
  • Recognition as Bronze level member on AdClub website and other promotional materials and events as applicable. 
  • Additional full corporate members may be added at $100 per member. 

Silver Membership: $1000/Year 

  • Suggested for companies with 11-50 employees*. 
  • Allows for 10 full corporate members to AdClub Cincinnati and American Advertising Federation. 
  • Reduced pricing for registered members at all AdClub events (vs non-members). 
  • Allows for all employees of the company and their guests to attend programs and events at the MEMBER rate. 
  • Up to 10 FREE Job Postings on the AdClub website ($75 each for non-members) 
  • Eligibility for AdClub Board of Directors and Committees. 
  • Recognition as a Silver level member on AdClub website and other promotional materials and events as applicable. 

Gold Membership: $2000/Year 

  • Suggested for companies with 1 or 51-100 employees*. 
  • Allows for 15 full corporate members to AdClub Cincinnati and American Advertising Federation. 
  • Reduced pricing for registered members at all AdClub events (vs non-members). 
  • Allows for all employees of the company and their guests to attend programs and events at the MEMBER rate. 
  • Opportunity to host an agreed-upon industry speaker or other activity for an AdClub monthly educational or social event (a breakfast, lunch or after hours format) at your location and Meet and Greet. 
  • Up to 20 FREE Job Postings on the AdClub website. 
  • Eligibility for AdClub Board of Directors and Committees. 
  • Recognition as Gold level member on AdClub website and other promotional materials and events as applicable. 


Platinum Membership: $3000/Year 

  • Suggested for companies over 100 employees and/or industry leaders*. 
  • Allows for 20 full corporate members to AdClub Cincinnati and American Advertising Federation. 
  • Reduced pricing for registered members at all AdClub events (vs non-members). 
  • Allows for all employees of the company and their guests to attend programs and events at the MEMBER rate. 
  • Opportunity to host an agreed-upon industry speaker or other activity for an AdClub monthly educational or social event (a breakfast, lunch or after hours format) at your location and Meet and Greet. 
  • Senior Executive Roundtable invitation (meets 1-2 times annually with AdClub board) 
  • Up to 30 FREE Job Postings on the AdClub website ($75 each for non-members). 
  • Eligibility for AdClub Board of Directors and Committees. 
  • Recognition as a Platinum level member on AdClub website and other promotional materials and events as applicable. 

 

*The suggested number of employees for each tier are suggestions only. A company may elect to move to a higher tier regardless of the number of employees in order to receive more benefits or select a lower tier level based on company applicability and needs.
