Emails-Welcome Guest or Nuisance

When you send promotional emails to your customers or potential customers, don't wear out your welcome. Think of yourself as a guest in their inbox-ideally an invited guest. So only send emails when you have significant news to share, information of relevance, or an offer that the reader will appreciate. Include compelling content to keep them engaged, and pay attention to responses and open and click statistics. If what you're doing isn't working, change course and try something new.
